IDBI Bank (Industrial Development Bank of India) has released a notification for the recruitment of applicants for the post of Executive that needs to be filled on contractual basis at its various Branches/Offices.
The selection process includes an online test (to be conducted at various locations throughout India) followed by the document verification & Medical Test. The selected candidates shall be recruited on contractual basis for 3 years.
As per the recent IDBI Notification, a total of 1044 vacancies needs be filled under this recruitment drive. Applicants who are above 20 years of age & possess a Graduation degree shall be eligible to apply for the IDBI Bank jobs as an Executive.

The detailed process of IDBI bank recruitment executive apply online includes:
(i) Open the IDBI Bank’s official website www.idbibank.in & click on Tab named "CAREERS/CURRENT OPENINGS" & open the link "Recruitment of Executives on Contract 2023" and after that click on "APPLY ONLINE" section.
(ii) Then to register your application, click tab named "Click here for New Registration" and enter your details like Name, Contact no. and E-mail ID to get a provisional registration number.
(iii) Now, completely fill your online application form correctly and save the form by clicking the tab "Validate your details" and "Save & Next" button.
(iv) After that upload your latest Photo & Signature as per specifications provided in the Guidelines.
(v) Now, click on the Preview Tab to verify the data provided in the application form.
(vi) Finally make the online fee payment & save a copy of the submitted application form for future reference.

Salary & Job Profile:
IDBI Bank Executive Post Salary Structure 2023
The appointment of the IDBI Executive will be done on contractual basis. This contract will be valid for a period of 1 year initially & may be reviewed for further extension on year-to-year basis for a period of 2 years at max subject to candidate’s performance & completion of mandatory certifications and availability of vacancies respectively.
The IDBI Bank Executive shall be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as per below table:

Candidates applying for this post must be either
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee ( between May 2, 1998, and May 1, 2003, inclusive (both dates) having intention of permanently settling in India or
(e) a person of Indian origin, who have migrated from the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Pakistan, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, Malawi, Zaire, Myanmar (formally Burma), Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Ethiopia having intention of permanently settling in India, provided that a applicant belonging to categories (b), (c), (d) or (e) above shall be a person in whose favour an eligibility certificate has been issued by Indian Government.

IDBI Bank Education Qualification 2023:
i. Any Graduate with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD) in any discipline from a university which is recognized by the Govt. of India OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government of India.
ii. The applicant must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate mentioning that he/ she is a graduate as on July 01, 2023 and which indicates the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while doing online registration. The date of passing the eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the marksheet or provisional certificate issued by University / Institute. In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University / Institute and web based certificate is issued then proper document/certificate in original issued and signed by the appropriate authority of the University / Institute indicating the date of passing properly mentioned thereon will be reckoned for verification and further process.
iii. Applicants must also indicate the percentage marks obtained in Graduation. In case CGPA / OGPA is awarded, it should be converted into percentage and then should be filled in online application.
iv. Applicants must be proficient in Computers.
Note: IDBI Bank reserves all the right to raise/modify the eligibility criteria of educational qualification (including percentage of marks secured at Graduation) and/or work experience depending upon the requirement of the bank.
Admit Card
IDBI Bank Admit Card 2023
The Industrial Development Bank of India has publish the IDBI Executive Admit Card 2021 on its official website on 27th August 2021. IDBI Bank has scheduled the online test for IDBI Bank Executive posts (contract basis) for June 2023 .
The applicants can download the admit card using their registration number and password (generated at the time of the registration). The details regarding the time, date and address of the venue will be mentioned on the IDBI Executive Admit Card 2023.

The admit card link has been active on 27th August 2021 for the Executive Online Test and will be available to download till 5th September 2021. Download IDBI Executive Admit card much before the exam date to avoid the last-minute rush.

- A new page will appear on the screen, click on the ‘current openings’ on that page.
