How to Apply for UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2021
Candidates need to follow the below steps in order to fill RO ARO 2021 application form.
Step 1: Open the official website of UPPSC https://uppsc.up.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on "All Notifications/ Advertisements" and then click on "Apply" against the desired notification.
Step 3: Click on "Apply" to open"Candidate Registration".
Step 4: Now click on "Candidate Registration" option.
Step 5: Candidate’s Basic Registration form: Submit Your required Personal Information.
Step 6: You will receive a verification code.
Step 7: Enter the verification code.
Step 8: Upload the scanned copy of the photograph and signature in JPEG or JPG format as mentioned in the notification.
Step 9: Pay the application fee if applicable and submit the application form.
Step 10: Click on "Submit" button at bottom of the page.
Step 11: Your Registration Slip will display where you can find your 11 digit registration number with detail that you should take print for future reference.

UPPSC RO/ARO Recruitment 2021: Job Profile
Samiksha Adhikari and Sahayak Samiksha Adhikari have responsibilities to perform in various departments like the U.P. Secretariat, U.P. Public Service Commission, Board of Revenue, Office of Chief Election Officer.
Departmental exams, Seniority, and Performance are considered for further promotions.
ARO is promoted to RO and RO is promoted Asst. Section Officer.
Key Responsibility area:
• Maintaining file records like the diary and related documents.
• Preparing the demand letters & pending file records in the allotted sections.
• Helping the ARO’s at times in differentiating or comparing the fresh copies etc.
• Issuing letters with the headlines to the CM’s Office Section.
• Keeping and maintaining the privacy of manual & documents related to the particular department and sections.
• Assistant Review Officer has an additional task of a clerk/ Typist in the office if there is no clerk or typist available there.
• Monitoring the operation of documents, manuals, preparing new copies and detailed letters.
UPPSC RO ARO Eligibility 2021:
Education Qualification
The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream from any recognized university to be eligible to apply for UPPSC RO ARO Recruitment 2021.
Review Officer –
• The candidates must hold Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized university or equivalent qualification.
Samiksha Adhikari Secretariat (Hindi) –
• The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree with Hindi Literature or Sanskrit Literature as one of the Subjects from a recognized University or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
Samiksha Adhikari Secretariat (URDU) –
• The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree with Arabic Literature or Persian Literature or Urdu Literature as one of the subjects from a recognized University or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
Assistant Review Officer –
• The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
• In addition to it the candidate must have "O" Level certificate awarded by the DOEACC Society or a qualification equivalent thereto.
• The candidate must possess a minimum speed of twenty five words per minute in Hindi typewriting.
Note: Preference shall be given to a candidate knowing English Typewriting too.
Assistant Review Officer Account –
• The candidate must have Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto.
• In addition to it the candidate must have ‘O’ Level certificate in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by the Government.
• The candidate must possess the knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script.
Age Limit
The Applicant’s age must lie between 21 and 40 years on 1 July 2021. They must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1981 and not later than July 1, 2000.
