Selection Procedure for the post of Assistant Manager Grade A in General Stream 2022 will be as given below:

• The Exam for SIDBI Bank Assistant Manager Grade 'A' will have an online examination comprising of objective test as well as descriptive test followed by Personal Interview.

• TCandidates who qualify based on the minimum cut -off marks decided by SIDBI, would be called for interview

• The total time allotted is 180 Minutes.

• There would be a negative marking of 1/4th of total marks of that question for every wrong answer marked by the candidate.

• Online descriptive test: Candidates will be required to answer by typing on computer

The candidates clearing the online written test will be called for an interview round. Based upon the online written test and interview, the appointment letters shall be issued to the successful candidates for joining in Officer Cadre. Important Points to be noted before Registration:

Salary & Job Profile:

Stipend (During Training): During the Training session of 9 Months, candidates are entitled for a stipend of Rs.2,500/- per month and at the time of Internship Period (3 Months), candidates would be getting an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month.

After successful completion of the Internship period, selected candidates will join the Bank as an Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ category.

The SIDBI Bank Manager salary lies in the Grade A category which is Rs.36,000/- per month (having pay scale of 36000-1490(7)-46430-1740 (2)–49910–1990(7)-63840 (17 years))
