Government of Rajasthan has decided to conduct a single exam i.e, Rajasthan Common Eligibility Test 2021 instead of multiple exams conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Commission and the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
राजस्थान सरकार ने राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन आयोग और राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित कई परीक्षाओं के बजाय सभी के लिए एक ही परीक्षा यानी राजस्थान सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा (CET) 2021 आयोजित करने का निर्णय लिया है।
Now CET will be conducted for 20 types of non-technical recruitments in Rajasthan, on the basis of its numbers, vacant posts in all departments will be filled.
अब राजस्थान में 20 प्रकार की गैर-तकनीकी भर्तियों के लिए सीईटी आयोजित की जाएगी, इसकी संख्या के आधार पर सभी विभागों में रिक्त पदों को भरा जाएगा।
It has been said in the government order that it will be mandatory to clear this test for non-technical posts of subordinate and ministerial services. Appointment will be given on the basis of marks obtained in this eligibility test. On the basis of qualification (graduate/senior secondary), appointment shall be provided in about twenty departments.
शासनादेश में कहा गया है कि अधीनस्थ एवं मंत्रिस्तरीय सेवाओं के गैर-तकनीकी पदों के लिए यह परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करना अनिवार्य होगा। इस पात्रता परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर नियुक्ति दी जाएगी। योग्यता (स्नातक/वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक) के आधार पर लगभग बीस विभागों में नियुक्ति की जाएगी।
This exam will be organized by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board which will be conducted every year having only a single stage which shall be conducted on the basis of objective type question paper.
An officer of Rajasthan Administrative Service will be made the coordinator for the common eligibility test (CET).
यह परीक्षा राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित की जाएगी जो हर साल केवल एक चरण में आयोजित की जाएगी जो वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न पत्र के आधार पर आयोजित की जाएगी।
राजस्थान प्रशासनिक सेवा के एक अधिकारी को सामान्य पात्रता परीक्षा (सीईटी) का समन्वयक बनाया जाएगा।
• The marks obtained by candidates in Rajasthan CET 2021 shall be made public.
राजस्थान सीईटी 2021 में उम्मीदवारों द्वारा प्राप्त अंक सार्वजनिक किए जाएंगे।
• There would be no passing marks in the examination. The applications will be invited on the basis of marks obtained in this examination at the time of recruitment for a particular post.
परीक्षा में कोई उत्तीर्ण अंक नहीं होगा। किसी विशेष पद के लिए भर्ती के समय इस परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाएंगे।
• The marks obtained in this exam will be valid for three years. This means candidates can apply for the aforesaid jobs on the basis of the same marks for three years after giving the examination once.
इस परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंक तीन साल के लिए मान्य होंगे। इसका मतलब है कि उम्मीदवार उक्त नौकरियों के लिए उन अंकों के आधार पर एक बार परीक्षा देने के बाद तीन साल तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• There will be no limit for appearing in this exam. You can take this exam as many times as you want.
इस परीक्षा में बैठने की कोई सीमा नहीं होगी। आप जितनी बार चाहें यह परीक्षा दे सकते हैं।
• Any candidate can give CET again and again for marks improvement or can apply for three years depending on his maximum marks.
कोई भी अभ्यर्थी अंक सुधार के लिए बार बार CET दे सकता है या फिर अपने अधिकतम अंकों के आधार पर तीन साल आवेदन कर सकता है।
• With regard to age and other criteria for CET, the reservation rules already prevailing in the state shall be applicable.
सीईटी के लिए उम्र और अन्य मानदंडों के संबंध में, राज्य में पहले से मौजूद आरक्षण नियम लागू होंगे।
• This will be an eligibility test only. On the basis of this exam the commission will not be compelled to give job to any person.
ये सिर्फ एक पात्रता परीक्षा होगी, इस आधार पर किसी व्यक्ति को नौकरी देने के लिए आयोग मजबूर नहीं होगा।
• You have to register for the exam only once. This will lower the burden of paying fees again and again for separate examinations.
आपको केवल एक बार परीक्षा के लिए पंजीकरण करना होगा। इससे अलग-अलग परीक्षाओं के लिए बार-बार फीस भरने का बोझ कम होगा।
• As of now the Rajasthan CET exam date 2021 is not yet declared, which shall be updated once the same is announced by the respective board.
अभी राजस्थान सीईटी परीक्षा की तारीख घोषित नहीं की गई है, जिसे संबंधित बोर्ड द्वारा घोषित किए जाने के बाद अपडेट किया जाएगा।
Graduate candidates shall be eligible for applying for the following posts after clearing the Rajasthan CET 2021:
Zildar, Junior Accountant, TRA, Tax Assistant, District Industries Officer, Manager Industrial Estate, Industries Inspector, Supervisor, Coordinator Training, Coordinator Supervisor, Deputy Jailor, Assistant Jailor, Patwari, Village Development Officer, Hostel Superintendent Grade II
राजस्थान सीईटी 2021 को पास करने के बाद स्नातक उम्मीदवार निम्नलिखित पदों के लिए आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे :-
जिलेदार, जूनियर एकाउंटेंट, टीआरए, टेक्स असिस्टेंट, डिस्ट्रिक्ट इंडस्ट्रीज ऑफिसर, मैनेजर इंडस्ट्रीयल एस्टेट, इंडस्ट्रीज इंस्पेक्टर, सुपरवाइजर, कॉर्डिनेंटर ट्रेनिंग, कॉर्डिनेंटर सुपरवाइजर, डिप्टी जेलर, असिस्टेंट जेलर, पटवारी, विलेज डवलपमेंट ऑफिसर, हॉस्टल सुपरिडेंट ग्रेड सेकेंड
Candidates who have passed senior secondary shall be eligible for applying for the following posts after clearing the Rajasthan CET 2021:
Laboratory Incharge, Forester, Hostel Superintendent, Clerk Grade II (RPSC, Secretariat), Junior Assistant, LDC in Panchayat Raj, Jamadar Grade II
सीनियर सेकेंडरी पास उम्मीदवार निम्नलिखित पदों के लिए आवेदन करने के पात्र होंगे:
लेबोरेटरी इंचार्ज, फोरेस्टर, हॉस्टल सुपरिडेंट, क्लर्क ग्रेड सेकेंड (RPSC, सचिवालय), जूनियर असिसटेंट, पंचायत राज में एलडीसी, जमादार ग्रेड सेकेंड
1. In order to participate in the recruitment process of non-technical posts of subordinate and ministerial services, it will be mandatory to appear in the "Common Eligibility Test".
अधीनस्थ एवं मंत्रालयिक सेवाओं के गैर तकनीकी पदों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया में सम्मिलित होने के लिए "समान पात्रता परीक्षा" में भाग लेना अनिवार्य होगा|
2. Any eligible candidate, will be considered to take part in CET examination to be conducted for the recruitment of any post on the basis of the marks scored in this examination.
किसी भी अभ्यर्थी को अन्यथा पात्र होने पर इस परीक्षा में अर्जित अंकों के आधार पर ही किसी पद की भर्ती हेतु आयोजित की जाने वाली प्रतियोगी परीक्षा में भाग लेने हेतु पात्र माना जाएगा।
3. On the basis of graduation and higher secondary educational qualification, separate common eligibility test will be conducted for the posts mentioned in Schedule
स्नातक एवं उच्च माध्यमिक शैक्षणिक योग्यता के आधार पर अनुसूची एवं' में उल्लिखित पदों के लिए पृथक-पृथक समान पात्रता परीक्षा आयोजित की जाएगी
4. The Common Eligibility Test (CET) will be conducted by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board. This examination will be conducted by the board once in a calendar year.
समान पात्रता परीक्षा का आयोजन राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा किया जाएगा। बोर्ड द्वारा इस परीक्षा का आयोजन सामान्यतया वर्ष में एक बार किया जाएगा।
5. The Common Eligibility Test will be a single stage MCQ based test. A special cell will be constituted in the Staff Selection Board for the regular conduct of the examination.
समान पात्रता परीक्षा एक चरणीय बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न पत्र पर आधारित परीक्षा होगी। परीक्षा के नियमित आयोजन के लिए कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड में एक विशेष प्रकोष्ठ का गठन किया जाएगा।
6. The marks of all the candidates shall be made public after the Staff Selection Board conducts the CET Examination.
कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा परीक्षा (सीईटी) आयोजित करने के पश्चात् सभी अभ्यर्थियों के अंकों को सार्वजनिक किया जाएगा।
7. There will be no minimum passing marks for this examination, rather applications will be invited from the candidates on the basis of marks obtained in this examination at the time of recruitment of a particular post.
इस परीक्षा हेतु कोई न्यूनतम उत्तीर्णांक नहीं होंगे बल्कि किसी पद विशेष की भर्ती के समय इस परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों के आधार पर अभ्यर्थियों से आवेदन पत्र आमंत्रित किए जाएंगे।
8. The validity period of the marks scored in CET will be of 3 years i.e. any candidate will be considered eligible to apply for the respective posts for 3 years on the basis of marks scored once in the examination(if eligible).
CET में अर्जित अंकों की वैद्यता अवधि 3 वर्ष रहेगी अर्थात कोई भी अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा में एक बार अर्जित अंकों के आधार पर अन्यथा पात्र होने पर 3 वर्ष तक संबंधित पदों के लिए आवेदन के लिए पात्र माना जाएगा।
9. There will be no limit on the number of chances to appear in this exam. On the basis of age and other eligibility criteria, a candidate can participate for his/her ranking/marks improvement any number of times and the opportunity in which he/she will score more marks will be counted for eligibility.
इस परीक्षा में बैठने हेतु अवसरों की कोई सीमा नहीं होगी। आयु संबंधी एवं अन्य पात्रता के आधार पर कोई भी अभ्यर्थी अपनी रैंकिंग / अंक सुधार हेतु कितनी ही बार भाग ले सकता है तथा जिस अवसर में अधिक अंक अर्जित करेगा उसे पात्रता हेतु गिना जाएगा।
A new system of one-time registration will be developed by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board where apart from the Common eligibility Test, candidates do not have to apply repeatedly for recruitment to any post on the basis of this examination.
राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन की ऐसी व्यवस्था विकसित की जाएगी जिससे न केवल समान पात्रता परीक्षा बल्कि इस परीक्षा के आधार पर किसी भी पद पर भर्ती के लिए अभ्यर्थियों को बार-बार आवेदन नहीं करना पड़े ।
11. The provisions regarding CET will not be applicable to the recruitment of already advertised posts. All the recruitments already under process / advertised will continue as per the predetermined process / schedule.
CET संबंधी प्रावधान पहले से विज्ञापित पदों की भर्तियों पर लागू नहीं होंगे। पहले से प्रक्रियाधीन / विज्ञापित सभी भर्तियों पूर्व निर्धारित प्रक्रिया / कार्यक्रमानुसार जारी रहेगी।
12. The marks of the Common Eligibility Test can also be used by the State Undertakings / Autonomous Institutions / Corporations / Boards / Banks etc. related to the State Government in the appointment of personnel in their institutions.
राज्य सरकार से संबंधित राजकीय उपक्रमों/ स्वायत्तशाषी संस्थाओं / निगम / बोर्ड / बैंक आदि द्वारा भी अपने संस्थानों में कार्मिकों की नियुक्ति में समान पात्रता परीक्षा के अंको का उपयोग किया जा सकेगा।
