Exam Pattern
SBI PO Exam Pattern 2023
Candidates must be aware of the exam pattern and marks distribution for Preliminary and Mains exam before appearing for the SBI PO 2023 Examination process.
The examination process of SBI PO consists of 3 stages:
a. Prelims Examination,
b. Mains Examination
c. Psychometric Test
The structure of exams is as follows:
SBI PO Prelims 2023 Examination:
This Prelims exam will be conducted in online mode wherein the candidates are required to attempt 100 questions having 1 mark each, in a composite duration of 60 minutes. It is to be noted that the sectional cut-offs in the Prelims Exam has been removed now and the overall score of all 3 sections shall be considered for selection to the next round of recruitment process.

SBI PO Mains Pattern 2023:
The Mains examination will also be conducted in online mode & will have one objective and a descriptive test.
Objective Test Pattern:
The objective test section in Mains Examination will consist of 155 Objective questions having a total of 200 marks and a separate Descriptive online Test having 2 questions for 50 marks.

SBI PO Apply Online 2023
Pre-Requisites for Applying Online for SBI PO 2023:
Before applying for SBI PO 2023, applicants must make sure that they should have a valid e-mail ID and an active mobile number which will be needed for receiving all kind of communications related to availability of call letters/ advices from SBI via e-mail/ SMS. It must be kept working till the final declaration of results.
Steps for Applying Online for SBI PO 2023:
(1) Candidates need to visit the official website of SBI for applying online for SBI PO 2023.
(2) Candidates will have to click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" to register their application by entering their basic mandatory information in the online application form for SBI PO 2023 like Candidate’s name, Father’s Name, DOB, E-mail Address, etc .
(3) After successful registration, log into your account using the credentials sent to your email ID/mobile no & fill all the mandatory information in the application form like educational details, your previous experience detail(if any) etc.
(4) After that you need to upload your scanned Photograph, Signature, Left thumb impression, etc.
(5) Applicants are advised to carefully fill all the details in the online application as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button.
Guidelines for Scanning Photograph and Signature
At the time of applying online, applicant must possess a scanned (digital) image of his/ her photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the notification of SBI PO 2022. Online application shall not be entertained unless the applicant uploads his photo and signature as per specification.
Note: If the face of the candidate in the photograph or signature is not clear his candidature might get rejected. In such cases, applicants must edit their application form and again re-upload their photograph or signature for successfully submitting the application.

1-* Reservation for OBC in recruitment is governed by office Memorandum No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993 as amended from time to time of department of personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Government of India. Vacancies reserved for OBC category are available to only those OBC candidates belonging to the 'non-creamy layer' OBC candidates. 'Creamy layer' OBC candidates should indicate their category as 'General'. SBI PO Salary 2023 includes a basic pay of Rs.41,960/- (with 4 advance increments) in the scale of Rs. 36,000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840 .as applicable to Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Along with salary you will also get other benefits like DA, HRA, CCA etc. as per the norms laid down by govt. There will be a probation period of 2 years for a candidate recruited as SBI PO.
SBI PO 2023 Job Profile:
The in-hand salary given to SBI PO is approx. around Rs 40000 to 45000.The gross pay/total pay-out earned like house rent allowance etc. lies between Rs 8.00 Lakhs to Rs. 13.00 lakhs per annum. The amount usually varies as per the location of the PO where he is posted.

• The applicant must be a graduate in any aforesaid discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government as specified in the notification.
