Note:
• The Prelims exam is just qualifying in nature similar to a screening test.
• There will be a penalty of 1/4th marks for every wrong answer marked in the Objective test.
• For NABARD Development Assistant (Hindi) posts, in place of Numerical Ability section, candidates will have to give the Test of Professional Knowledge (Hindi) having 30 questions consisting of 30 marks. Rest all sections will be as usual.

NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment 2022: Apply Online
1. Open the link of "NABARD Development Assistant Recruitment 2022 apply online" on its official website www.nabard.org
2. Now, fill up the details of the registration form after which a provisional registration number and password will be generated.
3. Then Register yourself by confirming OTP received on your registered phone number and/or email.
4. Now, login and completely fill the online application form & fill all the personal and educational details as asked in the form.
5. After that, upload your photo and signature of the required size & submit the form.
6. Now pay the required Application Fees as per applicability & save the final copy of the application form for future use.

Salary & Job Profile:
NABARD Development Assistant Salary 2022
As per the Notification of 2022, the monthly salary of a NABARD Development Assistant as per 7th pay commission is Rs.32,000 /- pm (Approx). The pay scale is, INR 13150-750-15400-900-19000-1200-26200-1300-28800-1480-33240-1750-34990.
Allowances:
Apart from the monthly salary, NABARD Development Assistant is also entitled for other allowances such as House Rent Allowances (HRA), Dearness Allowances (DA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Transport Allowance (TA) etc.
Development Assistant NABARD Job Profile 2022
The Job profile of the employees of NABARD working under the post of Development Assistant is explained below:
1. The employees are required to implement ideas for increasing membership counts to enhance the funds.
2. They are responsible for dealing with the policy-related issues of State or Central Government and have to look after the Rural and agricultural development progress.
3. Maintaining and managing cordial relationships with the bank’s present & prospective donors.
4. Development Assistants are also responsible for taking care of updates related to donor database and providing instant solution to their doubts/queries.
5. They are also responsible for working on major research analysis and collecting the important data.
