UPTET 2021 Syllabus Paper 1:
Child Development and Pedagogy
This section includes the concept of development and its relation with learning, understanding children with special needs, Learning and pedagogy, Concept of Inclusive Education etc.
Language 1 – Hindi (Compulsory)
Hindi Language Comprehension, Hindi Pedagogy, Spotting Error, Sentence Correction, Pedagogy of Language Development, Fill in the Blanks, Antonyms & Synonyms, Idiom & Phrase etc.
Language 2 – (English/Urdu/Sanskrit)
Active and Passive Voice, Type of Nouns, Comprehension (Unseen Passage and Poem), Pronoun, Parts Of Speech, Verb, Adverb, Adjective, Conjunction, , Preposition, Tenses (Present tense, Past tense, Future tense), Spelling test, Modal Auxiliaries, Common errors, Antonyms, Synonyms, One Word Substitution, Transformation Of Sentences, Direct And Indirect Speech, Gender, Punctuation, Singular & plural
Mathematics

Salary & Job Profile:
UPTET Salary Structure 2021
The Basic pay of candidates selected as a teacher after UPTET qualification will be given as per the 7th Pay Commission which is Rs.9300-34800 having Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- (for primary teachers) and Rs. 9300-34800 having Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (for upper primary teachers).
Note: The in-hand salary varies as per the location of the school where the UPTET qualified candidate is posted (i.e. rural and urban)

UPTET Job Profile 2021
1. A teacher is Responsible for increasing student’s interest in art & craft, physical games, attending library, etc.
2. He / She should focus on educating students as per the syllabus by following the necessary guidelines provided as per National Curriculum Framework.
3. They should try making students aware of the syllabus, structure, and curriculum properly.
4. They should work on lesson plans/structures of the chapters and should regularly organize extracurricular activities in the class/school.
5. The teacher should plan the Assignments, team teaching, project work and remedial teaching.
6. All teachers must attend the teachers meeting on regular basis along with the training session provided by UP Education Board.
