  • Candidates selected finally for Employment would be given preference to offer a location within the state subject to requirement.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have done skill certification program from National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).

How To Apply

Candidates have to apply online and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Procedure for applying online

  • Candidates are first required to go to the company’s website www.mahendras.org and click on the“Careers”option to open the page and then click to proceed button to their choice of desired vacancy.
  • Candidates will have to enter their basic details and thereby upload and submit the application form.
  • After submitting the form a registration number will appear.
  • The candidate has to take the print out or keep the registration number with him/her for further reference till final selection.
  • Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including-Name of the Candidate, Post applied for, Father/Mother’s Name, Address, Mobile Number, Date of birth, Email ID, Qualification, Experience, Centre of Interview etc. will be considered as final and no modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained. The company will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form. An online application which is incomplete in any respect will not be considered as valid.

    • The interview will be conducted at abovementioned venue only.
    • The company however, reserves the right to cancel any of the interview center and/or add some other centers, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
    • As far as possible candidates will be allotted to a center/ time of his choice, however the company also reserves the right to allot the candidate to any center/ time other than the one he/she has opted for and a candidate may be allocated a center of Interview outside the State for which vacancies he/she is applying.
    • Candidates will appear for the Interview at his/her own risks and expenses and the company will not be responsible for any injury or losses etc. of any nature.

    General Instructions

    • Before applying for the vacancies mentioned, the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned in this advertisement. Candidates are therefore to carefully read the advertisement and follow all the instructions given for submitting online application.
    • Every aspiring applicant can apply only thrice in the company and can register for only three posts at a time.
    • The company would be free to reject any application, at any stage of the process, if the candidate is found ineligible as per the stipulated eligibility criteria. Decision of the management in all matters regarding eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be undertaken, qualifications and other eligibility norms, the documents to be produced for the purpose of interview will be final and binding on the candidate.     • The decision of the management and interview board shall be final and finding No request for consideration shall be entertained.
    • Online applications once registered will not be allowed to be withdrawn nor be held in reserve for any other examination.
    • Any resulting dispute arising out of this advertisement including the recruitment process shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Lucknow.
    • In case it is detected at any stage that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and/or that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these short comings is/are detected after appointment in a branch/department, his/her services are liable to be summarily terminated.

    Action Against Candidates Found Guilty Of Misconduct/ Use Of Unfair Means

    Candidates are advised in their own interest that they should not furnish any particulars that are false, tampered with or fabricated and should not suppress any material information while submitting online application.In case of misconduct , fraud or use of unfair means ,the candidates may be barred from any further employment with the company & legal action may be initiated.

    Result Declaration

    • The result of the interview will then be notified to official website- www.mahendras.org or will be personally informed through SMS on your given number..
    • Selection of all aspiring applicants is primarily for FOCP (FACULTY ORIENTATION AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM) & AOCP(ADMIN. ORIENTATION AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM)
    • A Candidate’s admission to the training is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the training has been scheduled to the candidate does not imply that his/ her candidature has been finally cleared by the company.

    Terms & Conditions of AOCP(Admin Orientation and Certification Program) FOCP(Faculty Orientation And Certification Program)

    • The selection is primarily processed for orientation program, and hence should not be considered as a recruitment proposal.
    • PAN CARD and Aadhaar (UID) Card both are mandatory to be brought at the time of training else your employment nature may get affected leading to cancelation of your candidature also.
    • The training will generally commence at 9.30 AM till 5.30 PM, lasting for minimum 8 hours per day or as per requirements of the training schedule.
    • The trainees who are not hired by the company at the end of the training period shall be deemed rejected.
    • Candidates are required to maintain discipline and abide by the company norms and rules during the training period, within the office premises.
    • The process of recruitment may be changed/modified at any stage as per feasibility of management policy.
    • The company has the sole discretion to cancel the candidature of any trainee at any time, if one is found guilty for any misconduct/fraud or any other malpractice and this violation of any of the terms and conditions of the company, in respect to training, will thereby result in severe punishment up to the extent of legal action.
    • Candidates MUST carry their orientation program call letter within the office premises at all times, and should produce it when asked for by any official authority.
    • Candidates can be posted anywhere in India after successful completion of the orientation program, which hence includes relocation.
    • Selection of any post is only provisional it may be upgraded or downgraded at later stage as according to performance in training.
      • Candidate should ensure to follow safety & security norms while being in premises.
      • After successful completion of training candidate can be selected as an employee, company has sole right to confirm/cancel/decline any offer letter at any time.
      • All the expenses of FOCP (FACULTY ORIENTATION AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM) & AOCP(ADMIN. ORIENTATION AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAM) will be borne by the candidate himself/herself. Company will not be liable of any claim regarding any reimbursement of any expense at any stage of Recruitment process.

        • Company reserves the right to extend the date of joining of finally selected candidates up to three months from the actual date of final process of recruitment.
        • It is compulsory to possess PAN card acknowledgement at the time of interview (Only for those candidates who do not have PAN card).
        • It is mandatory to produce PAN number at the time of joining otherwise candidature may be cancelled
        • During AOCP & FOCP candidates are required to be in formal dress code with decency.

    Selection Procedure

    Interview & Subject Demonstration

    • The aspiring applicants will be called for first screening.
    • All those candidates who will be successful shall be called for AOCP/TOCP.
    • Selection of all aspiring applicants is primarily forTOCP(TRAINING ORIENTATION AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME)&AOCP (ADMIN. ORIENTATION AND CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME)
    • A Candidate’s admission to the training is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the training has been scheduled to the candidate does not imply that his/ her candidature has been finally cleared by the company.
    • AOCP &TOCP for Faculty will be conducted at Lucknow or any other venue decided by the company.
    • The duration of AOCP &TOCP training for short listed candidates shall be of 2Days.
    • There will be Final assessment on last day of training programe (or another date as Management finds suitable).
    • Finally selected candidates shall either be sent for OJT or may be kept in waiting list.
    • Finally short-listed candidates may have to go through OJT which may range from 3 days to 30 days.
    • During OJT candidate/s shall be kept under the supervision of experts & their performance, behavior, interpersonal skills shall be observed critically.
    • At any stage if company observes violation of norms it may take disciplinary action which may be up to an extent of cancellation of candidature. 
    • If Employee plans to separate from the job before completion of 6 month’s period a fine of 2 times of the monthly salary offered will be imposed.
    • Management reserves the right to hold/cancel the candidature for Employment even after successful completion ofAOCP & TOCP.
